Aiming to evolve specialty coffee, we completed a full audit of the surrounding area and developed a strategy and brand narrative that was evocative and memorable. Starting with naming, we conceptualized Olivia Wade to tell this brand’s story and built out a full character profile. From there, we created a wide array of products, collateral items, and interior elements that furthered the lore. Every detail and possibility was taken into consideration—we even developed collectible NFTs that would be sold on the website and displayed on a virtual gallery wall in the cafe.
